We can

• Look up an order or a deal room and read its full history.
• Decide a disputed deal room — an assigned moderator, or an administrator with no stake in it, closes it as completed or cancelled with a written reason.
• Hold, review and act on funds still sitting in escrow.
• Investigate a report, and suspend or close an account that breaks the rules.
• Fix an account problem: sign-in trouble, a stuck withdrawal request, a deletion request.

We cannot

• Reverse an on-chain transfer. USDT sent to the wrong address, or on a network other than the one shown, is gone — that is a property of the blockchain, not a policy.
• Undo a release you approved. Approval is the moment the money becomes the seller’s.
• Tell you which staff member moderated a room, or put you in touch with them outside it.
• Give legal, tax or investment advice, or act as your representative against the other party.
• Intervene in a deal that never ran through DealsFixers. If it was not in a room or an order, there is nothing for us to hold or release.

Support is people, not a queue that answers itself, so we do not advertise a guaranteed response time we cannot hold to on a bad week. What we can tell you honestly:

• A live deal room is the fastest channel — a moderator is assigned to the room and sees messages there. Opening a dispute alerts them directly.
• Email is read in the order it arrives, with anything involving locked funds or a suspected scam pulled forward.
• Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed by hand, which is exactly why they are not instant. Chasing them does not move them along; a missing transaction hash does.
• Account deletion requests sent from your registered address are processed within 30 days — see delete your account.
